Technological Progress of Ethylene Oxide Deep Processing Productions

针对当前国内环氧乙烷下游产品的快速发展和市场需求,综述了环氧乙烷深加工产品生产技术的研究现状。重点介绍了乙二醇、乙醇胺、聚醚表面活性剂和乙二醇醚等代表性产品的技术进展,包括催化剂研究,工艺和设备改进,并提出了目前存在的问题和建议。

This article summarizes the research status on the deep processing technology of ethylene oxide according to the rapid development and the domestic market demand of deep processing products from ethylene oxide.It was emphatically introduced on the technical progress including the catalyst research,as well as the process and equipment improvement of the representative products,such as ethylene glycol,ethanolamine,polyether surfactant and glycol ether.Finally,some existing problems and suggestions were proposed.
