摘要
规模化是科技期刊体制改革与发展的重要目标,刊群建设是实现规模化的一种有效模式。20世纪90年代以来,卓众出版及其前身一直在进行刊群建设的探索和实践。刊群建设促进了资源优化配置,加快了规模化发展的步伐。
Large-scaling is an important goal of reform and development of sci-tech periodicals.To achieve large scale,journal group construction is an effective model.Since 1990s,the Beijing Prominion Publishing Co.,Ltd.（BPP） has been engaging in journal group construction.The practice has optimized the allocation of resources,and accelerated the pace of large-scaling.
