点支式单层玻璃板疲劳刚度衰减规律试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 点支式玻璃幕墙主要承受风荷载的循环往复作用,其组成单元钢化玻璃板表面存在大量的微裂纹,这些微裂纹在循环荷载作用下会不断的缓慢扩展,使得钢化玻璃板在服役期间可能发生疲劳破坏。该文从钢化玻璃板的疲劳试验角度出发,得出钢化玻璃板在循环荷载作用下的刚度衰减规律,且具有明显的三阶段特征,为后续的疲劳损伤和寿命预测研究提供了方法和依据。 Point-supported glass curtain is mainly subjected to periodically lateral wind pressure, and many tiny flaws can be found in the surface of the tempered glass panel which is one of the components of the curtain walls. These micro-cracks will propagate slowly under cyclic loading, which may lead to the fatigue failure of the tempered glass panel during its service life. A series of fatigue tests were performed on the tempered glass panel to investigate their fatigue performances under constant amplitude repeated loads. It was found that the stiffness of the tempered glass panel was degrading gradually due to the slow propagation of defects. Also, three stages were obvious in the process of the stiffness degradation. The results can give some useful references to the later study on the fatigue damage and life forecast of the tempered glass panel.
