摘要
以高压风柜的送风温湿度控制为例,设计了一套基于串级控制与分程控制的控制系统。采用固定电加热,可调电加热与冷却水电动三通调节阀三种执行器调节相结合的方式,有效地控制送风温湿度。该系统不仅适用于高压风柜的恒温恒湿控制,也可用于各种制造行业的室内温湿度控制。
Taking the control of the blowing wind′s temperature and humidity in the high-pressure fan cabinet as an example,we design a set of control system based on cascade control and process control.The way of combining the fixed electric heating,adjustable heating and cooling water electric three-way regulating valve has been adopted to control the blowing wind′s temperature and humidity effectively.The system is not only applicable for constant temperature and humidity control of high-pressure fan cabinet,but also can be used in indoor temperature and humidity control of various manufacturing industries.
