摘要
针对目前潮湿细粒物料干法筛分机的缺点,研制出一种多单元组合振动筛;该筛分机由多个独立筛箱单元串联组成,每个筛箱单元的筛面倾角从入料端至出料端呈递减方式排列,而振动参数从入料端的高频率、小振幅向出料端的低频率、大振幅过渡;这种结构原理解决了潮湿细颗粒物料筛分中堵孔、透筛率低的难题,介绍了该筛分机的型号、技术性能和应用情况。
Aiming at the disadvantages of current dry screening of wet small coal,developed was a multi-unit compound vibration screen;it is composed of several independent screens arranged in series,in which the inclination of each screen plate is decreased in the feed-to-discharge direction,while their vibration parameters transits in large extent from high-frequency and low-amplitude at the feeding end to low-frequency and high-amplitude at the discharge end;such structural arrangement solves the difficult problem of screen aperture plugging by wet small coal and low penetration efficiency of under-size particles;introduced are its models,technical specifications and status of application.
