徐州华美热电公司在发展循环经济过程中充分利用周边矿井的劣质煤炭资源,并对粉煤灰、矿井疏干水进行再利用,同时,利用集中供热替代小锅炉,实现了耕地零占用、燃料零运输、废气达标排放,取得了显著的经济和环境效益。

In developing the cyclic economy in Xuzhou Haumei Thermo-Electricity Company,the inferior fuel from mines all around are fully utilized,collected fly ash and mine’s draining water re-used and,at the same time,small separate boilers for heating replaced by centralized heat supply;attained are that: zero occupation of cultivated land,zero transportation of fuel,emission of waste gas meeting standards and obvious economic benefit.
