摘要
基因芯片作为一个高通量筛选工具能同时解析多个基因/基因组的表达。药用植物有效成分的化学结构复杂多样,它们能同时调控多个靶点,因而在药物研发中越来越受到重视。本文综述了基因芯片检测药物对生物体基因表达谱的影响,并讨论了基因芯片在筛选新药物靶标、评价药物活性和毒理中的作用。旨在为基因芯片技术在药用植物有效成分的筛选、药理、毒理机制的研究方面的应用提供科学依据。
Gene chips as suitable high throughput tools for simultaneous analysis of multiple genes. Being chemically diverse they are able to modulate several targets simultaneously in a complex system. This paper reviewed the major practical applicability of gene chips remains in detecting gene transcription and regulation at genomic level in different tissues, and explained its roles in screening new drug target, evaluating drug activities and toxicology. The aim of this paper was to provide the insight of the technology of gene chips, which has been used in pharmacology, toxic genomics and screening of herbal drugs and extracts, into the process of Chinese traditional medical modernization.
