Investment Risk Evaluation of Commercial Forests in Fujian Province

由于商品林投资风险是制约投资者对商品林投资的主要障碍,只有充分了解其投资风险,消除或降低风险的发生或损失,才能促进商品林投资。为此,笔者构建了福建省商品林投资风险评价指标体系。然后,采用因子分析法,对福建、浙江、广东、江西、湖南、湖北、云南等7个省份的商品林投资风险进行横向评价和比较,通过评价,发现2007年在7个比较省份中,福建省综合评价得分排名第二,风险较小。在此基础上,找出影响福建省商品林投资风险的薄弱因子,并提出相应的对策。

As the investment risks of commercial forests is constrained investors the main obstacle to investment in commercial forests, and only fully understand the investment risks, eliminate or reduce the risk of occurrence or loss, to promote investment in commercial forest. To this end, the authors build Investment Risk Evaluation System of commercial forests in Fujian. Then using factor analysis in Fujian, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Jiangxi, Hunan, Hubei and Yunnan provinces of investment risks commercial forest landscape evaluation and comparison, by evaluation found that in 2007, Fujian province ranked second, less risky. On this basis, identify the poor factors of commercial forest in Fujian province, and proposed countermeasures.
