摘要
对某电镀厂附近地下水、土壤重金属铬污染状况和植物吸收与富集重金属铬进行了研究分析,结果表明:电镀厂附近地下水和土壤均受到不同程度的铬污染,土壤中铬含量与地下水六价铬浓度成明显的正相关(R2=0.9904);同种植物在不同环境下重金属铬含量具有明显差别,随土壤中铬含量的增加,植物体内重金属铬的含量也呈增加趋势;小蓬草表现出较高的铬富集能力,根部铬富集系数达到0.5848-0.8315,地上部铬富集系数0.2604-0.4514;蟋蟀草和地黄对重金属铬有较强的从根部向地上部迁移的能力,地上部铬迁移系数分别达到1.6185-2.7120和1.3556-1.8991。
The effects of Cr pollution in the ground water and soil, and absorption and accumulation by the plants which were nearby an electroplating factory, were studied and analyzed. The results indicated that, the ground water and the soil nearby the electroplating factory were both polluted in different degrees by Cr, the Cr content in the soil is obvious positively related to the Cr(VI) content in the groundwater(R 2 =0.9904); Cr content in the plants was significant different in different environments, with the increase of Cr content in soil, Cr content in the plants was also an increasing trend; Conyza canadensis can accumulate Cr, its bioaccumulation coefficient of root reached 0.5848~0.8315, bioaccumulation coefficient of shoot was 0.2604~0.4514; Eleusine indica and Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. had strong abilities to transport Cr from the root to shoot in plants, their transfer coefficients of shoots respectively up to 1.6185~2.7120 and 1.3556~1.8991.
