摘要
通过常温干态、常温湿态、高温干态、高温湿态四种环境条件下,对5种国产碳纤维与T300碳纤维复合材料进行纵向拉伸试验,采用宏微观相结合的方法,从数据表现、宏观形貌以及微观形貌(电镜扫描照片)三个方面对其失效模式和损伤机理进行了研究.结果表明国产纤维复合材料虽然在拉伸性能上基本能超越T300复合材料,但是其失效模式却不尽相同,特别是由于界面性能的不同而造成的失效模式的差异尤为明显.因此,国产碳纤维复合材料要得到更为广阔的应用,还需进一步改进其界面性能.
Five kinds of domestic carbon fiber(CCF) 300 and T300 carbon fiber composites had been tested for tensile property under the condition of 23 ℃ dry,23 ℃ wet,130 ℃ dry and 130 ℃ wet.The failure mode and damage mechanism had been analyzed basing on data,macro character and scanning electron microscope appearance.The result shows that although the tensile property of domestic carbon fiber composites is higher than the T300 carbon fiber composites on the whole,their failure mode is different basically,especially the differences making by the difference of interface property is quit distinct.Therefore,the domestic carbon fiber composites need to improve their interface property to achieve wide application.
