摘要
目的建立亲野外自然种群的中华按蚊实验室品系,为同类研究提供实验用蚊。方法采用40 W蓝光开、关干扰法(每次开2 min+关2 min),引诱成蚊在小笼内自然交配,并在实验繁殖驯养。结果驯化至第7代时,中华按蚊孵化率、化蛹率和羽化率分别为69.0%、81.2%和94.6%。结论经驯化的中华按蚊能够在实验室进行自然交配并繁殖传代。
Objective To establish a strain of Anopheles sinensis with exophilic type in the laboratory.MethodsBlue light of 40 W(on/off interfering method) was used to lure the natural mating of adult mosquitoes in a small net.ResultsThe hatching rate,pupation rate,eclosion rate of Anopheles sinensis were 69.0%,81.2% and 94.6%,respectively,in the 7th generation after domestication.ConclusionThe natural mating and propagation of Anopheles sinensis is practicable by domestication in the laboratory.
