连铸结晶器的传热直接影响铸坯的表面质量和生产率。唐钢引进的FTSC工艺薄板坯连铸机结晶器漏钢预报系统,可以监控确定结晶器内的任何位置导致板坯裂纹、粘钢、漏钢的温度变化,并可根据热像图显现特征检查相应的设备和耐材,控制连铸机的稳定操作,获得更好的铸坯质量。
Mould heat transfer in continuous casting affects directly slab surface quality and productivity.The mould breakout prevention system of FTSC thin slab caster imported by Tanggang can monitor and determine the temperature variation of any position inside mould which can cause slab crack,sticking and breakout,check relevant equipment and refractory according to the characteristics shown by thermal image diagram,ensure the stable operation of the caster and consequently get good slab quality.
