摘要 15NiCuMoNb5-6-4热轧无缝钢管由于具有优良的高温力学性能以及抗高温氧化性能,因此广泛应用于核发电机组和高参数火力发电机组的集箱、蒸汽管道等工程。介绍了天津钢管集团股份有限公司15NiCuMoNb5-6-4钢管的研制开发情况。经评定,该产品化学成分、室温力学性能、高温性能以及焊接性能均满足EN10216-2标准及用户协议要求,显微组织为F+P+B,脆性转变温度为-46℃,无塑性转变温度NDTT为-65℃。 15NiCuMoNb5-6-4 hot rolled seamless pipe is widely applied to the manifold and steam pipe of nuclear power generating set and high parameter heat power generating set due to its good high temperature mechanical properties and oxidation resistance.The paper describes the research and devel-opment of 15NiCuMoNb5-6-4 pipe in Tianjin Pipe Group Corporation.Assessment finds the chemical composition,mechanical properties under ambient temperature,high temperature properties and weldability of the mentioned product compliant with EN10216-2 Standard and meeting the requirement by the agreement with the client.The product has F+P+B microstructure,-46℃ ductile-brittle transition temperature and-65℃ nil ductility transition temperature(NDTT).
