天钢高线减定径离线后Φ12.5mm盘条轧制工艺设计

摘要 天钢一高线减定径机出现严重故障,要离线维修较长时间,为扭转面临停产局面,设计出采用精轧机组出成品的轧制工艺。通过三个初步设计方案的对比,决定采用第三方案既利用旧有孔型、工艺件设计新的轧制工艺。新轧制工艺有效地解决了在减定径机的修复、重新投入使用前Φ12.5mm盘条的生产和质量问题,并使盘条几何尺寸理想,组织稳定、性能合格。 The reducing and sizing mill of High Speed Wire Rod Mill 1,TISG needs to be repaired offline for a long time due to serious failure.In order to turn the situation of production stoppage,the authors design the rolling process of produc-ing finishing product with NTM as last rolling stands.After the comparison of three preliminary design plans,the third one is adopted,i.e.,designing new rolling process by utilizing old passes and rolling related parts.The new rolling process effectively solves the production and quality problems of φ12.5 mm wire rod before RSM can be repaired and put into opera-tion.The produced wire rod presents ideal geometric shape,stable structure and qualified properties.
