The metering and statistics information management system is developed and designed in combination with the current situation of metering information management at Tiantie in order to meet the requirement on metering management during production.The paper introduces the function,hardware,and network features and development technique of the metering and statistics information management system.Practice proves that the system has been running normally and stably since being put into operation,providing correct data and collecting overall data.The system avoids artificial intervention and optimizes the operation flow.As a result,the metering data transforms to settlement data on an all-round base,which provides a scientific basis for operation decisionmaking and develop-ment.
