摘要
荣钢扩建的100t转炉工程施工中,由于原建的2台转炉要正常生产,也未预留出新建转炉的平移空间,施工难度加大。根据现场的施工条件,为避免对建设单位正常生产的影响,采用倒装法将转炉本体设备的安装顺序进行了调整,炉壳采用制作简易横梁、精轧螺纹钢、精轧螺纹钢专用锚具和同步液压提升系统就位。顺利地完成了转炉本体设备的安装。
Great difficulties are encountered in the extension construction of 100 t converter at Rockcheck Company due to no reserved lateral movement space for the new converter in addition to the normal production of two built converters.In order to avoid influencing the normal production,an inverted installation method is adopted with adjusted erection sequence so that the shell is placed to the position by simple beam,finish rolling thread steel,finish rolling thread steel special anchorage and synchronous hydraulic lifting system.The installation of converter body is executed smoothly.
