摘要
在天铁1750mm冷轧薄板工程活套的安装过程中,通过合理确定摆动门测量放线的时间和统一测量放线的基准,优化摆动门调整方法,调整设备各部件的到货形式,克服了因设备制造精度超差、设计空间不合理、设备安装精度高、设备结构复杂等原因给现场设备的安装和调整工作带来的困难,加快了摆动门的安装进度,满足了工期要求,取得了较高的经济效益和良好的社会效益。
During the installation of looper at 1,750 mm thin plate cold rolling mill,Tiantie,the adjustment plan of swing door is optimized and the delivery method of various parts is adjusted by reasonably defining the time and unifying the reference of setting-out for swing door measurement.The difficulties at equipment installation and adjustment on site brought by manufacturing precision out-of-tolerance,unrea-sonable space design,high precision of equipment installation and complexity of equipment structure are overcome.Besides,the installation progress is stepped up to meet the requirement on schedule.High economic benefit and good social effect are acquired.
