我国西部与东部院校医学教育改革需求比较分析

Comparative analysis of medical education reform demand between eastern and western China

为明确我国医学院校现有的教育改革优势与存在的问题,对北方中心协作院校的医学教育改革需求与现状进行了调查。结果显示大多数教师对现有医学教育人才培养体系满意度较低,认为医学院校在课程体系、教学方法、评价方法、教学资源、医学教育研究等方面需进一步改革,与东部院校相比,西部院校医学教育改革的开展和认识程度上普遍略显不足。

For the reason of defining the advantages and problems in medical schools in China,a research has been finished about the demand of medical education reform in 23 medical schools.The results show that most teachers do not very satisfy with the medical education training system.Medical schools need to further reform in aspects of curriculum,teaching methods,evaluation and teaching resources.Comparing with the eastern China schools,the western China schools are more lacking for status and knowledge in medical education reform.
