医学生医学智慧问卷的编制

摘要 目的:自编医学生医学智慧问卷。方法:对603名医学生进行开放式和闭合式问卷调查,对数据结果采用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析。结果:医德分问卷包括医患沟通、责任感、医际关系、工作态度、对待病人的态度、个性特征6个方面;医术分问卷包括临床决策能力、技能经验、学习研究能力3个方面;验证性因素分析结果表明,本问卷所提取的维度与构想模型拟合较好。结论:自编的问卷具有较好的信效度。 Objective: To develop the medical wisdom questionnaire for medical college students,which includes two subscales——the medical skills scale and medical morals scale.Method: 603 medical college students were investigated by open and structure questionnaires,and data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.Results: Exploratory factor analysis showed medical skill subscale contained 3 dimensions as follows: clinic decision-making capability,clinic skills and experience,learning and research ability;medical morals subscale were 6 dimensions as follows: doctor-patient communication, sense of responsibility,doctor's interpersonal relationship,working attitude, attitudes toward patients,personal characteristics.The confirmatory factor analysis results showed that 2 subscales,9 dimensionalities of this questionnaire were reliable and valid.Conclusion: The self-developed scale has good reliability and validity.
