摘要
通过对哈佛医学院教师的职称分类、聘期、晋升标准、教学要求、师生比的描述和分析,希望对我国医学教育师资队伍的建设具有一定的启示意义。
This paper describes and analyzes the system of status,ranks,titles,terms of appointments and criteria,teaching medical students,teacher-student ratio in the faculty at Harvard Medical College.There is some enlightenment for medical faculty development in China.
