摘要
本课题利用现代互联网技术,为社区居民提供"居民家庭健康档案在线服务平台"。社区居民与全科责任医生不受地域限制,通过此平台安全、有效地进行在线查阅、咨询、解答、服务互动,实现了居民健康档案在线查询互动共享,为杭州市创建"健康城市"人人知晓自身健康状况搭建了一个基础平台,为全面实现社区卫生信息化管理服务提供了实践依据。
The modern Internet technologies were used in this project to provide ＂Online Service Platform of Family Health file＂for community residents.The function of on-line inquiries,consulting,question answers,interaction service with general practitioner through the Internet Online System of Resident’ s Health files safely and effectively was achieved.It provides a practical basis and a foundation platform for Hangzhou to establish＂Healthy City＂and ev-eryone aware of their own health condition.
