摘要
分析了气候变化背景下黄河流域水资源变化的特征和趋势,以找出其存在的问题,结果表明:今后气候变化还会导致流域用水量增加、可供水量减少、防灾困难,并对流域经济社会的可持续发展及生态环境的良性循环产生影响,提出了今后黄河流域水资源开发利用的对策。
The features and trend of Yellow River basin water resource in the background of climatic change are analyzed to find out the existing problems.The result shows that the climatic change will lead to more water,less displacement and difficult disaster-prevention.The climatic changes have an effect on basin economics,social sustainable development and entironment virtuous.The countermeasure of development exploitation of Yellow River basin water resource has been put forward.
