一种用于高分子研究的新型仪器——显微激光分析仪

摘要 显微激光分析仪由激光、特殊偏光显微系统、光电转换和微机反馈控制系统组成,是在现有透射式光弹技术和设备基础上发展起来的适用于高分子材料测试的新型仪器。本文综述了仪器在下述方面的应用:环氧树脂固化后微孔(φ0.5mm)边缘的内应力分布测定;玻璃纤维和玻璃鳞片两种树脂基复合材料防腐衬里的内应力评价;互穿聚合物网络相分离过程的热—光曲线表征等。 As a development of the transparent photoelastic technique and equipment.a new device called Laser Optical Microscopic Analyser (LOMA) was introduced for studying common polymer material.lt was made up of laser tube, special polarizing microscope, microcomputer and its collecting and controlling system. Examples of application in following aspect were presented: determining the inner stress distribution among a small hole (φ0.5mm) on a cured epoxy resin;comparing the inner stress level in glass fiber reinforced composite with that in glass scale reinforced composite, Which is a new developed corrosion-reslstant materials; and characterizing phase separating process of interpenetrated Polymer network system by heat-optical curve.
