煤矿创伤伤员一体化救治模式的实践与效果

Practice and effects of the intergration treatment model for the wounded in coal mines

目的探讨对煤矿创伤伤员采取一体化救治的方法与效果。方法制订一体化救治流程;完善指挥、通讯、运输系统;健全三级急救组织;培训各级护理急救人员。结果 1 049例创伤伤员安全转运到医院急诊科、专科病房或ICU。伤员死亡率为0.67%;伤员及事故单位对出诊、急救满意度达98.00%;投诉率为零。结论对煤矿创伤伤员实施一体化救治模式,建立了急救生命的绿色通道,降低了伤员死亡率。

Objective To explore the methods and effects of the intergration treatment model for the wounded in coal mines. Methods The measures included developing the procedure of the intergration treatment, perfecting the conductor, communication and transport system,improving the three - level emergency treatment organization, and training nursing staff at all levels. Results A total of 1 049 wooded were transported to the emergency department, wards, and ICU safely. The mortality rate was 0.67 %, and the satisfaction of the wounded and accident units was 98.00%, The compliant rate was zero. Conclusion The implementation of the integration treatment model can establish an emergency life -green channel for the wounded in coal mine,which can reduce the mortality rate.
