重庆市社区护士灾害应对能力现状及影响因素的研究

Research of disaster response capabilities and its influencing factors of community nurses in Chongqing municipality

目的了解重庆市社区护士灾害应对能力现状,探讨影响社区护士灾害应对能力的因素。方法采用分层随机整群抽样方法对重庆市205名社区护士进行问卷调查。结果重庆市社区护士灾害应对能力得分为(3.68±0.48)分,6个维度的得分从高到低依次为个人素质(3.97±0.49)分、灾后疫病预防能力(3.84±0.63)分、应急处置能力(3.75±0.53)分、心理应激能力(3.75±0.51)分、知识储备(3.45±0.59)分、危机评估能力(3.28±0.58)分。影响重庆市社区护士灾害应对能力的主要因素有参加灾害救援、接受灾害护理继续教育、职称。结论相关机构应积极为社区护士提供灾害护理补课和继续教育、培训机会,提高社区护士灾害应对能力。

Objective To understand the state of disaster response capacities of community nurses in Chongqing and explore its influencing factors. Methods By stratified random duster sampling method,205 community nurses in Chongqing were investigated with a questionnaire. Results The mean score of disaster response capacities of community nurses was （3.68 ± 0.48 ）. The mean scores of six dimensions that were personal qualities, post - disaster epidemic prevention capacities, emergency response capacities, psychological coping capacities, knowledge resmwes, and risk assessment capacities in order, were （3.97 ±0.49） ,（3.84±0.63） ,（3.75 ±0.53） ,（3.75 ±0.51） ,（3.45 ±0.59） ,and （3.28 ±0.58）. The main factors were the experience and the continuing education about disaster rescue and titles. Conclusion Community health service institutions should provide much more opportunities for community nurses to study knowledge about disaster nursing, so as to enhance their disaster response capacities.
