阐述了ICU患者存在的安全隐患及管理。针对仪器设备、护理人力资源、用药安全及患者转出护理方面存在的不安全因素,提出制度管理、人力资源管理、药物风险管理和转出ICU过渡阶段护理等可行性管理对策,为ICU患者安全管理提供参考。

This paper summarized the security risks of patients and management in ICU from the following aspects, including equipments, nursing human resources, drug safety and risks after discharged from ICU. According to the problems, the feasible countermeasures were put forward to provide references for the safety management of patients, including system management, human resources management, drug risk management, transitional care for transferred patients, and so on.
