目的探讨《常用临床护理技术服务规范》训练的组织与实施效果。方法健全教育训练组织,制订周密训练计划,严格培训训练骨干,统一制定操作流程与考核评分标准,实施分层次、分阶段考核方法。结果统一了各科室训练的组织与实施,培养了一批训练骨干,提高了患者满意度。结论严格按《常用临床护理技术服务规范》训练,可提升护理技术服务质量和效率。

Objective To explore how to organize the＂ service standards of common clinical nursing techniques＂ training and its effects. Methods The methods included perfecting the education and training organization,developing careful training plans ,strengthening the training of core nurses,using unified teachnique procedures and evaluation standards, implementing assessment methods with different phases and different levels. Results Our hospital unified the organization and implementation of the training in different departments, cultivated a group of core nurses, and increased the satisfaction of patients. Conclusion The training strictly aecording to the＂ service standards of common clinical care techniques＂ can improve the quality and efficiency of nursing service.
