腹腔镜胆囊切除术前肠道清洁准备的必要性研究

Research of the necessity of preoperative intestinal cleanning in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术前肠道准备的必要性。方法将200例行择期全身麻醉腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组术前未行肠道清洁准备,对照组按常规进行肠道清洁准备。观察两组患者术中手术视野和术后胃肠功能恢复情况。结果观察组和对照组术中医生视野满意度、术后消化道反应、腹胀程度的各项资料比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术后肠道功能恢复时间缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除患者术前不行肠道准备是相对安全的。

Objective To study the necessity of preoperative intestinal preparation in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 200 patients who need elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia were, randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group received the routine intestinal cleanning preparation at the night and in the morning before surgery, but the observation group didot. The satisfaction degree of operation field and the recovery＂ status of gastrointestinal function after operation were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences be- tween the two groups in the satisfaction of doctors with operation field and the postoperative gastrointestinal reactions aud the degree of ahdominal distention （ P 〉 0.05 ）, The recovery, time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion It is safe for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy not to receive preoperative intestinal cleanning preparation.
