摘要
目的探讨公用电子信箱在护理信息传递中的应用效果。方法护理部注册"护理部专用信箱"与"公用电子信箱",将各类护理管理综合信息通过"护理部专用信箱"发送到"公用电子信箱",供护理人员下载、浏览、交流和学习,同时接收各科护士长、护理人员回发至"公用电子信箱"的各类反馈邮件,按主题分类保存、归纳、整理与处理,并比较使用前后护理管理信息发送的费用和时间。结果使用后,护理部在办公费用、发送管理信息日耗时均低于使用前(P<0.01);护理人员满意度增高(P<0.01)。结论使用电子信箱传递护理信息,有助于护理管理信息传递的及时性、有效性与准确性,促进了管理效率的提高,既节省了人力资源,降低了护理管理成本,又拓宽了与护理人员的沟通途径,密切了护理部与护理人员之间的关系。
Objective To explore the effect of the public e - mail box applied in the transmission of nursing information. Methods The nursing department registered a special e - mail box and a public e - mail box. All types of nursing management information were sent to the public e - mail box through the special e - mail box for murses to download,browse, communicate and learn. And head nurses and nurses of various departments also could send feedback messages back to the public e - mail box,which were be classified and saved by subjects. The costs and time of management information transmission were compared before and after the use of the public e - mail box. Results After using the public e - mail box,the office expense of the nursing department and the time for sending management information were lower than before (P 〈 0.01 ). The satisfaction rate of nursing staff is higher than before. Conclusion Using the public e - mail box to send nursing information can ensure the timely, effective, and accurate information transmission and improve the management efficiency. It not only saves human resources and reduces the costs of nursing management,but also broadens the communication ways and makes the relationship between nursing departments and nurses closer.
