摘要
双烯大分子单体是由过量双酚与双氯反应制得羟端基聚醚矾后,再与甲基丙烯酰氯相转移反应制得的。本文用凝胶色谱和液相色谱对其进行分子量表征,均聚与共聚研究表明,此大分子单体的反应活性很高,均聚后Tg由60~70℃提高到170~200℃,并为不溶不熔物质。大分子单体与适当小分子单体的共聚物具有良好的光学性能:折射率1.50~1.62,可见光及近红外区光透过率≥90%。与无机玻璃相比,它具有质轻,成本低及多法加工等优点。
Diene macromelecular monomer was obtained from the phase transfer catalysis reaction of methacryloyl choloride and hydroxy-terminated poly (ether-sulfone)which was synthsized with excess potassium salt of bisphenol and bis(4-cholorphyl) sulfone. Its molecular weight was characterized by gel permition chromatography and high pressure liquid chromatography. The study on homopolymerization and copolymerization showed that this macromolecule has high reactivity: after homopolymerization, its Tg was raised from 60~70℃ to 170~200℃, and the homopolymer is non-soluble and certain monomer has very good optical properties: index nD: 1.50~1.62, visible and near-infrared region transmmitance above 90% Comparing to optical glass this new type of optical plastics is light, cheap and is easy to form.
