孕期系统化健康教育对孕妇选择分娩方式的影响

Effect of systematic pregnant health education on women's choices of cesarean section

目的探讨孕期系统化健康教育对孕妇选择分娩方式的影响。方法将在本院建卡的216例孕妇随机分为对照组106例与实验组110例,实验组采用系统化孕期健康教育;对照组按门诊孕妇学校进行常规宣教。比较两组孕妇教育前后分娩相关知识掌握率、分娩方式主观意愿选择及实际分娩方式情况。结果实施教育后两组孕妇分娩相关知识掌握率、主观意愿选择阴道分娩方式和实际选择阴道分娩方式比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),实验组优于对照组。结论孕期系统化健康教育可提高孕妇对分娩知识的认知度,从而可影响孕妇对分娩方式的选择。

Objective To investigate the effect of the systematic health education during pregnancy on women＇s choices of cesarean section.Methods A total of 216 pregnant women who received counseling in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups：the experiment group（n=110） received systematic health education and the control group（n = 106） received conventional health teaching.The pregnant women＇s knowledge and attitude to choose the way of delivery,as well as the final result of delivery,were compared before and after education.Results There was significant differences between the groups in their recognition of pregnancy-related knowledge,the choices of the way to labor,and the final result of delivery（P〈0.05）.The experiment group was better than the control group.Conclusion The implementation of systematic pregnant health education mode is beneficial to enhance the recognition of pregnancy-related knowledge,and may influence their attitude to choose the way of delivery.
