细化健康教育在提高孕产妇围产期知识水平中的作用

摘要 目的探讨细化健康教育在提高孕产妇围产期知识水平中的作用。方法选择2008年6月在本院住院的100例孕产妇为实验组;2008年3月在本院住院的100例孕产妇为对照组,在孕产妇围产期中对照组采用常规健康教育方法,实验组采用细化健康教育方法。比较实施健康教育后两组孕产妇对围产期知识掌握情况的差异。结果对照组孕产妇围产期知识得分为(76.4±12.9)分,实验组为(90.1±10.1)分,两组比较,t=-7.45,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义,实验组孕产妇对围产期知识掌握较对照组好。实验组孕产妇围产期知识得分在高水平的人数较对照组多,两组比较,Z=-6.77,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论在孕产妇围产期护理中采用细化健康教育方法,提高了孕产妇围产期保健知识的知晓率,进而提高孕产妇健康护理能力。 Objectives To investigate the effect of health-care education during peripartum.Methods One hundred pregnant women admitted in our hospital in June 2008 were selected as an experiment group,and another 100 pregnant women admitted in March 2008 as a control group.The routine health-care education method was carried out in the control group,and the modified method was adopted in the experiment group.The education results of two educational methods in two groups were compared.Results The scores of the control and experimental group were(76.4 ± 12.9) and(90.1 ± 10.1)(t = 7.45,P〈0.01).The experiment group had higher scores and more significant educational effect(Z =-6.77,P〈0.01).Conclusion Modified education method has significant effect in improving the pregnant women's awareness of peripartum health care.
