随着社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善和医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入,医疗卫生机构需要为构建和谐社会提供优质的医疗服务,传统的"设备+技术"的竞争模式,已经被评价医院整体软实力的新模式所替代。坚持以科学发展观为指导,加强医院软实力建设,是医院增强自身核心竞争力,实现可持续发展的必然要求。医院软实力结构模型以核心价值观为支柱,文化吸引力为动力,团队精神为标志。方法上坚持以先进的文化理念为引领,人性化的管理为手段,人性化的服务为保障,发挥医院的专科技术和人才优势,积极培育和塑造医院品牌魅力,最终实现医院科学发展。
With the continuous perfection of the socialist market economy system and the unceasing development of system reform of medical health,medical health institutions should provide high quality medical service for the construction of harmonious society.The competitive model in traditional equipment and technology has been replaced by the new one with which people evaluate the overall soft strength in hospitals.Adhering to the guidance of scientific development concept and strengthening the construction of soft power in hospitals are the inevitable requirements for the hospitals to enhance their core competitive ability and realize the sustainable development.The structure model of the soft strength in hospitals takes the core value as the backbone,cultural attraction as motivation and team spirit as the mark.The methods are to stick to the guidance of the advanced cultural idea,take humanized management as means,humanized service as guarantee,give the specialize techniques and talents into play,train actively and mould the brand charm of hospitals and eventually realize the scientific development in hospitals.
