实习医师平息人际冲突能力的调查分析

The Investigation and the Analysis on the Interns' Ability to Calm down the Interpersonal Conflicts

目的在推进住院医师规范化培训的背景下,了解现行高等医学教育培养的不同性别和不同学历的实习医师的平息人际冲突能力。方法对179名实习医师采用问卷调查并进行分析。结果男实习医师整体平息人际冲突能力较女实习医师整体强(P<0.05),研究生实习医师平息人际冲突能力较本科生实习医师弱(P<0.01)。结论研究生实习医师(尤其是女性)平息人际冲突能力不佳,医学研究生教育及住院医师规范化培训应予以重视和改善。

In the background of promoting the standardized training for the resident physicians,we should know about the abilities of the interns of different sexes and different educational backgrounds,trained by the present higher medical education,in dealing with interpersonal conflicts.The writer has 179 interns questionnaire surveyed and analyzed and finds that the male interns are generally more capable than the females in calming down interpersonal conflicts and interns with postgraduate background are less capable than the graduate interns.The postgraduate interns,especially the females,have poor ability in dealing with interpersonal conflicts,which should be paid attention to and improved by means of the education for medical postgraduates and the standardized training for the resident physicians.
