目的:减少静脉药物药害事件的发生。方法:《静脉用药集中调配质量管理规范》颁布实施,规定药师需对医师医嘱或处方进行适宜性审核。结果与结论:预防静脉药物药害事件发生,药师责任重大。

Objective： To reduce the incidence of intravenous drug phytotoxicity. Methods： The Good Itravenous Drug Admixture Practice is issued. Pharmacists are requested to check prescription. Results and Conclusions： Pharmacists can play pivotal roles in prevention of intravenous drug - induced injury events.
