目的:促进临床活血化瘀类中成药的合理使用。方法:根据活血化瘀类中成药使用现状提出合理使用的建议。结果:目前该类药物不合理使用现象较为普遍,应引起临床医生的重视。结论:使用该类药物时应特别关注辨证论治以及合理配伍、规范使用等问题。

Objective： To promote the proper use of Chinese patent medicine for activating blood circulation and dissipating blood stasis. Methods： Based on its current condition, the article makes some suggestions on how to properly use Chinese patent medicine for activating blood circulation and dissipating blood stasis. Results： Currently, inappropriate use of this type of medicine is a comparatively prevalent phenomenon which should be brought to the attention of clinicians.Conclusion： Issues such as syndrome differentiation and treatment, combination rationality and appropriate use should be concerned when using these medicines.
