摘要
从适应群体需求出发,改革城市卫生服务体系,积极拓展社区卫生服务,是医疗保健工作服务于社会的一项重要任务。作为区域卫生行政主管部门,我们结合区情,不断探索、实践,扭转了基层医院“坐堂待诊”的被动局面,创立了以医院院部为后盾,以全科医疗为前哨,以街道居委会为纽带,以管辖社区为范围,以家庭服务为对象,以妇、幼、老、残人群保健及慢性病防治为重点的团队组合型工作模式。全科医生队伍分组划片包干,开展“三诊配合”、“三床循环”和家庭床边服务,集医疗、预防、康复、保健、健教、计生指导于一体,卫生服务渗透到社区每一个角落,居民群众享受到连续性、综合性、可及性和协调性健康照顾,医患之间建立了亲情和友情,既保证了医疗保健质量,又降低了基本医疗费用,深受社区居民的欢迎。
From 1993 till now, We were make progress that community health care in Tianjin City Hogqiao District health system. We founded new ideas and new work' s model, and abandon the original services way.
