摘要 目的在临床实验室引进Protis软件系统,建立一种新型的尿液数据评估模型,加深尿液检测数据的理解和评估分析。方法利用Protis结果解释软件,在ALB/CREA比值图和免疫球蛋白部分的曲线函数图中,描述肾脏疾病相关的蛋白尿和血尿的来源,简单讨论相互补充的检测(中断尿培养、相差显微技术)的临床相关性。结果展示完整的尿液数据评估报告,以数字和图象资料的形式表现,并带有相关的解释判读和与诊断相关的评论。结论 protis软件系统为临床诊断肾脏疾病提供一种新型尿液数据模型,并根据已有的检测结果,对进一步检测提出建议,其报告方式为临床提供了一种快速、可靠、直观、系统的辅助诊断手段,是目前最先进的结果解释软件,值得临床广泛应用。 Objective To introduce the Protis Software System into clinical laboratory,and to construct a new evaluation model of urine data for improving the understanding and analysis of urine data. Methods The figure of ALB/CREA ratio and the curve graph of immunoglobulins in the Protis interpretation software were used to describe the origin of proteinuria and hematuria associated with kidney diseases, and to evaluate the clinical correlation of complementary assays, such as midstream urine culture, and phase difference microscopy. Results Completed evaluation reports of urine data in the form of digital and image were ob rained. And pertinent explanation and diagnosis were acquired as well.. Conclusion The Protis Software is proved to be a novel e valuation model of urine data for clinical diagnosis of kidney diseases.. It can give suggestions on further detection according to previous results.. Its reports facilitate the rapid, reliable, direct and systematic analysis of diseases.. The software is the most advanced software for result interpretation and is worthy to be widely used in clinic.
