高糖培养基对人体正常菌群生长代谢的影响

Study on the Effect of Metabolize High Concentration Glucose Culture Medium on Normal Bacterial Flora

目的研究高浓度葡萄糖对人体正常菌群中的大肠埃希菌、表皮葡萄球菌、缓症链球菌的影响。方法测定培养基pH值、细菌数量、葡萄糖、各种细菌特征酶、产物。结果高糖培养基能显著增加细菌数量、特征酶活性、代谢产物含量,降低培养基pH值。结论高糖培养基能促进大肠埃希菌、表皮葡萄球菌、缓症链球菌的生长代谢。

Objective To study on the effect of high concentration glucose culture medium on Eseherichia coli,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Streptococcus mitis. Methods We analyzed the changes of the kinds of bacteria,PH,glucose,producetion and activity of characteristic enzyme in the culture medium. Results The high concentration glucose culture medium could increase three kinds of bacteria, production and activity of characteristic enzyme , while it would decrease pH of the culture medium. Conclusion It was suggested that the high concentration glucose cuhure medium could promote metabolism of three kinds of bacteria
