急性心肌梗死心肌损伤生化标志物检测进展被引量：25

摘要目前我国患心血管系统疾病,特别是急性心肌梗死（acute myocardial infarction,AMI）的人数日益增多,且呈现出年轻化趋势,易造成猝死.心肌损伤时,血中生化标志物检测值异常是急性心肌梗死（AMI）的主要诊断标准之一：根据心肌损伤标志物在心肌损伤后出现异常时间的不同,可将其分为＂心肌损伤早期标志物＂和＂心肌损伤确定标志物＂两类.心肌损伤后6 h内血中水平出现升高的标志物被称为早期标志物,发病后6～9 h开始出现增高,并具有较高特异性和敏感性的标志物称为心肌损伤确定标志物.目前,已经有越来越多的心肌损伤标志物在临床中得到应用.本人对心肌损伤标志物研究领域的进展做一综述.
