糖尿病合并肾结石的超声诊断临床研究

Clinical study of ultrasound diagnosis for diabetes with kidney stones

目的:分析2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者合并肾结石的超声声象图特点,以期提高临床诊断率(检出率)。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,分别观察16例T2DM伴肾结石组患者与32例肾结石组患者的B超声象图及临床表现,并进行差异性比较。结果:2型糖尿病伴肾结石组患者与肾结石组患者相比较,1声象图特点前者表现多样化,该组病例有90%累双肾,有80%为多发的小结石,与肾结石组患者组相比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。临床表现有70%为无痛性血尿,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:2型糖尿病伴肾结石组患者声象图特点表现多样化,多累双肾、多为多发的小结石。临床表现多为无痛性血尿。

Objective：Sonographic features analysis of type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）patients with kidney stones was conducted in order to improve the diagnosis rate（detection rate）.Methods：A retrospective analysis was adopted for observing the B-mode ultra-sonograms and clinical manifestation and comparison of differentiation was also conducted in 16 patients of T2DM with kidney stones and 32 patients of kidney stones.Results：Comparison of the patients of T2DM with kidney stones and the patients with kidney stone showed that the clinical representative of B-mode ultrasonograms was diversification in the former group with 90% involved both kid-neys while 80% had multiple small stones,which had statistically significant（P 0.01）compared with the kidney stones group.70% of the patients had clinical manifestations of painless hematuria with statistically significant（P 0.01）.Conclusion：B-mode ultrasonograms presented diversition in the group of T2DM with kidney stones,usually involved both kidneys with multiple small stones while the clini-cal manifestations were painless hematuria in the patients.
