开放基础护理实验室加强护理专业技能培养的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过基础护理教研室开展实验室开放教学活动,促进了《基础护理学》实验教学体制改革,满足学生有更多机会练习技能操作,提高专科护生对专业技能的正确认识,具备熟练的操作技能,从而提高学生的学习成绩。同时增强了学生学习的自信心和学习兴趣,从而达到开发学生创造思维和培养学生创新精神与实践能力、综合动手能力的目的,践行我校"(技能+特长)×态度"的人才培养目标。方法:通过对07级专科学生随机抽取样本100名,其中在参加开放实验室的学生中抽取50名为实验组,采用常规教学与实验室开放教学相结合的路线;在未参加者中随机抽取50名为对照组,采用传统方法常规教学。比较两组的基础护理学期末技能考试成绩,肯定开放实验室的效果。同时在实验室开放过程中,采取发放调查问卷、与学生交流及征求实验指导教师意见及建议,及时发现存在的问题,进行分析讨论并整改实验室开放方案,从而推动实验教学改革。结果:实验组学生期末考试成绩平均分明显高于对照组;67%同学认为开放基护实验室非常必要。结论:开放实验室教学既能充分调动学生自主学习的积极性,使学习成绩提高,又能提高学生的实践操作能力和综合素质,肯定了实验室的开放效果。说明开放实验室是创造性教学的场所,是实施素质教育的重要途径。 Objective:To develop students in creative thinking and to train them in innovative spirit,practical ability and compre-hensive hands-on capacity by open teaching of laboratory.Methods:A total of 100 students were randomly selected from 07 College Stu-dents.The 100 students were divided into two grouyps:experimental group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The experimental group was given conventional teaching and open teaching of laboratory;the control group,conventional teaching.The results of final exam in based nursing skills of the two groups were compared.And the effect of open teaching of laboratory was evaluated.Results:The average final exam scores in the experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group.67% of students believe that open laborato-ry of basic nursing is necessary.Conclusions:Open teaching of laboratory Can not only fully mobilize the enthusiasm of independent learning and improve academic performance of the students,but also improve their operational capacity of practice and overall quality,which explains that open laboratory is creative teaching site and an important way of quality education.
