Advances of Catalpol's roles in the Nervous System

摘要 梓醇是从地黄根部分离得到的一种环烯醚萜类化合物,具有抗炎、止痛、抗肿瘤等多种药理作用。本文拟对其物理性质、其在神经系统疾病中的作用及神经保护机制研究方面进展作一综述。对梓醇功能的进一步研究,可为神经系统疾病的治疗提供新的策略。 Catalpol,an iridoid glycoside,isolated from the root of Rehmannia glutinosa,possesses a wide range of pharmacolog-ical activity including anti-inflammation,analgesic and anti-tumor properties.In this paper,its physical properties,roles in the nervous system's diseases and mechanisms of neuroprotection studies are reviewed.The further study on catalpol's roles may provide a novel strategy for the therapy of nervous system's diseases.
