摘要
目的:光镜下观察用单宁酸———氯化铁法媒染的肾微血管形态结构特点及分布。方法:应用单宁酸、多聚甲醛、戊二醛混合媒染固定液灌流大鼠,取肾做冰冻连续切片,再入氯化铁溶液中呈色。结果:肾皮质、髓质部分血管被显示,血管球及肾小管周围球后毛细血管呈蓝黑色,亦有部分肾血管球未显色。结论:单宁酸———氯化铁法为肾微血管的研究提供了一种新方法;入球小动脉可能存在括约肌。
Objective:In order to investigate the morphological features and
distribution of the microvascular in rats kidney,the tannic acid ferric chloride method
was used to stain the blood vessels.Methods:First,the kidneys were perfused and fixed
with the compound of tannic acid,paraforaldehyde and glutaraldehyde,then were taken out
to make serial frozen sections.At last,the sections were immersed in the ferric chloride
solution for dyeing.Results:the partial microvascular of the rats cortex and medulla
were stained,the renal glomeruli and postglomerular capillaries around renal tubules
were dyed blue black,but some glomeruli were not manifested.Conclusion:It is proved
that the tannic acid ferric chloride method is new and ideal way for dyeing the
microvascular in kidney,the sphincter muscle maybe exist in the afferent glomeruli
atrerioles.
