混凝-臭氧催化氧化联合工艺处理成品油洗舱废水 被引量:4

TREATMENT OF PRODUCT OIL HOLD-WASHING WASTEWATER BY COAGULATION-OZONE CATALYTIC OXIDATION PROCESS

摘要 将经过混凝沉淀预处理后的成品油洗舱废水,进行臭氧催化氧化深度处理,并研究处理时间、臭氧曝气量以及活性炭填充率对COD去除率的影响。结果表明:当处理时间为1.0 h,臭氧曝气量为1.0 g/(L.h),活性炭填充率为60%时,处理效果显著,COD去除率为50%~60%。 The advanced treatment by ozone catalytic oxidation was given to product oil hold-washing wastewater pretreated by coagulation precipitation.The treatment time,amount of ozone aeration and the fill rate of activated carbon which impact on removal rate of COD were investigated.The results showed that when treatment time was 1.0 h,amount of ozone aeration was 1.0 g /(L.h) and the fill rate of activated carbon was 60%,the effect was obvious and removal rate of COD was between 50% and 60%.
