摘要
柔性绳网的仿真研究是非线性仿真领域的难点之一。笔者基于有限元法,考虑空气阻力和重力的作用,研究了绳索单元力学模型,在ANSYS/LS-DYNA中采用Link167单元建立柔性绳索显式动力学分析模型,提出了运动状态参数提取、空气阻力值计算和通过载荷曲线迭代加载的方式模拟空气阻力作用的方法,实现了单根柔性绳索在空气阻力作用下的动力学仿真。仿真结果与实验结果有较高的一致性,证明了仿真方法的有效性。采用ANSYS参数化设计语言编制流程控制程序,提高了仿真的效率。该方法可以应用于柔性绳、网等织物在流场中的动力学仿真。
Simulation of a flexible rope is one of the difficulties in the field of non-linear simulation.Based on the finite element method and considering the air resistance and gravity,the dynamic model of the rope element is analyzed in this paper.The flexible rope's model for dynamics analysis is established by Link167 element in ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The method for extracting movement parameter,calculating air resistance and simulating the role of air resistance by the load curve is presented.The dynamics simulation of a single flexible rope with air resistance is carried out.The simulation and experimental results have a higher consistency and it proves that this simulation method is effective.In addition,programming of the design and process control using ANSYS Parametric Design Language makes the simulation analysis efficient.This method can be used in dynamics simulation of some fabrics such as flexible rope and net.
