摘要
对SiC/Ti-834复合材料的单纤维顶出试验进行数值模拟计算,在计算中应用粘结带模型模拟界面,并在细观层次下分析了界面的力学性能和损伤破坏过程,同时研究了不同固化温度条件下材料的界面强度和承载能力。把数值模拟计算结果和试验测量结果进行比较,反演出界面剪切强度和界面摩擦系数。由于碳化硅纤维和钛基的热力学特性不同,在数值计算中必需考虑热残余应力对界面强度的影响。
The push-out experiments of single-fiber composite materials of SiC/Ti-834 are simulated by the numerical method.The cohesive model is applied and the mechanical properties of the interface and the process of failure and damage can be figured out.The interface material strength and load-bearing capacity under different temperature conditions are studied.By the comparison of the numerical results and the test results,the shear strength and the friction coefficient of the interface are obtained.Since the material properties of expansion of the silicon carbide fiber and titanium matrix are different,the effect of thermal residual stress on the interface strength must be considered.
