结构参数对螺旋槽指尖气膜密封性能的影响分析

摘要 指尖气膜密封是一种新型的非接触密封形式,其靴底结构对气膜密封的动压效应有很大的影响。笔者采用流固耦合有限元技术分析了螺旋槽结构指尖气膜密封的工作性能,探讨了螺旋槽深度、长度、槽间距和槽坎比等结构参数对泄漏量与流体薄膜承载力等密封性能影响的规律。另外,与同等工况条件下楔形结构指尖气膜密封相比,螺旋槽结构指尖气膜密封具有更为优良的密封性能特性,支持了螺旋槽结构作为指尖气膜密封靴底结构型式的可行性。 The structure of the underside pad has a great impact on the hydrodynamic effect of a finger gas film seal which is a new form of non-contacting seal.In this paper,the operating performance of the finger gas film seal with spiral groove is analyzed through finite volume method,and the influencing laws of sealed performance including leakage and gas film's load capacity considering fluid-solid interface are obtained by investigating the structural parameters of the spiral groove such as groove depth,groove length,groove space,and groove width ratio.In addition,the finger gas film seal with spiral groove has a more excellent operating performance than the wedge-shaped finger gas film seal at the same operation parameters,which supports the feasibility of using a spiral groove as the structure of the pad of a finger gas film seal.
