淀粉酶肌酐清除率比率在急性胰腺炎诊断中的意义

The diagnosic significance of the ratio of amylase and creatinine clearance in acute Pancreatitis

为了解淀粉酶肌酐清除率在急性胰腺炎诊断中的意义,笔者根据有关文献,通过对40例正常人与25例临床确诊的急性胰腺炎患者结果显示,淀粉酶、肌酐清除率比率测定比单独测定血、尿淀粉酶更能真实地反应机体情况、并对正常参考值作了进一步探讨。

The level of amylase's and creatinine's clearance ratio in25cases of acute pancreatitis matched to 40 normal cases were analysed inthis article.
