高血压病左心室肥厚及左心房增大与心律失常的关系

Relationship of left ventricular hypertrophy and left atrialenlargement with arrhythmias in essential hypertension

目的 探讨高血压病左心室肥厚及左心房增大与室性心律失常的关系。方法 采用24小时动态心电图及超声心动图测定68例高血压病患者心律失常及心脏结构的变化。结果 左心室肥厚组室性心律失常发生率显著高于非左心室肥厚组(P<O.05);房性心律失常发生率显著高于室性心律失常(P<0.01)。结论 高血压病左心室肥厚是导致心律失常的独立危险因素。

To study the relationship of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) and left atrial enlargement with arrhythmias in essential hypertension (EH) 68patients with EHwere detected by 24 hours Holler monitoring and echocardiography to examine the relationship between charges of cardiac structure and arrhythmias. The incidences ofventricular arrhythmias in LVHgroup were significantly higher than those without LVHgroup (P<0, 05)ithe atrial arrhythmias occurred more frequently than ventricrlar arrhythmias (P<0. 01). We concluded that LVHis an important independent risk factor to induce arrhythmias in EH.
